David A. Gomersall - President A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) , his clients include successful business owners in the manufacturing, technology and service industries. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Cleveland State University, and holds certificates of educational achievement in Taxation and in Financial Planning from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A member of AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs, he was past president of the Firelands Chapter of the Ohio Society of CPAs and served on the board of directors of the Ohio Society of CPAs. Dave also served two years on the TD Waterhouse Institutional Services, Inc. Advisory Board, and is a former member of the TD Waterhouse President's Council. He founded an accounting and tax practice in 1963 and grew that business over four decades. When it sold in 2003, his practice served over 1,000 clients. Nick Dionisos - Senior Investment Consultant A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Nick has worked with corporate and individual clients in the manufacturing, hospitality, and construction industries. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs. Nick has extensive experience in taxation for Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships and Individuals. Since 1997, he has devoted a substantial amount of his professional career working with David Gomersall in the investment advisory practice. Nick and his wife Milica reside in Middleburg Heights, Ohio with their son, Alexander, and their twin daughters, Maria and Sophia. Jennifer Chess Bachouros - Certified Financial Planner™
Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in investments and financial planning to our clients. She earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University, majoring in finance. She is currently an instructor at Cuyahoga Community College’s Corporate College teaching Estate Planning to CFP® candidates.
Jennifer rejoins Dave and Nick from Gomersall & Associates where she provided financial planning services, prepared Federal and State estate tax filings and oversaw estate and trust tax return preparation. Her 10 years of experience with Merrill Lynch provides our clients with unique insight on the differences between an independent registered investment advisor and a stockbroker.
Longtime residents of Westlake, Ohio, Jennifer and her husband Don have 3 teenage daughters that keep them busy. When she is not at the office, you can probably find Jennifer at a soccer field enjoying one of the girls’ games.

Kaye E. O’Boyle – Chief Compliance Officer Kaye is responsible for compliance related issues and maintaining the policies and procedures within the firm. Additionally, she oversees operations functions. Kaye has been involved in the financial services industry for over 36 years, working on the professional staff and as Director of Operations for Gomersall & Associates, CPA’s. She joined the team at Cornerstone Wealth Management in January 2005.
Kaye and her husband Bill reside in North Olmsted, Ohio and have three children and six grandchildren. Kaye enjoys music, reading, cross-stitch and traveling.

Therese M. Conway - Portfolio Administrator
Terry is responsible for portfolio administration, monitoring and updating of client accounts, and general office functions. With over 18 years in the financial services industry, Terry has experience in operations and as an administrative assistant with Gomersall & Associates, CPA’s.
Terry lives in North Olmsted, Ohio and has two children and four grandchildren. Her pastimes are ballroom dancing and spending time with her family.
